9.1 Closure by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting rtzz customer support via live chat. Prior to closure, all active rollover requirements must be completed or waived. Valid cash balances will be returned within 5–7 business days.

9.2 Closure by rtzz

Rtzz reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict your account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:
